One set 5 ton waste oil distillation plant being installed in Malaysia

In March, 2018 we received a customer from Malaysia. He considered to buy one set waste oil distillation plant, and before this visit he had investigated used engine oil to diesel project for two more years.
In the beginning, the customer wanted a waste oil distillation plant with acid and alkali washing. But this method has many questions. For example, dangerous waste will be produced during the used engine oil recycling to diesel process, and the acids and bases are strictly restricted, so not easy to buy because of its strong corrosivity.
Instead, we recommended DOING latest waste oil distillation plant with catalyst distillation, which use solid catalyst to achieve the use engine oil fractionation other of acids and bases, completely pollution-free and higher efficiency. The pulse duster of the latest waste oil distillation plant can remove the almost 99.9% dust. If adding a white clay purification system, the diesel oil out of the used engine oil machine is clear with light yellow color, almost up to the standard of standard diesel oil.
After this conversation, the customer went back to Malaysia and considered for a period. Probably in August, he confirmed the order with us, buying one set catalyst distillation type waste oil distillation plant with 5 ton processing capacity per day.
