Plastic to oil plant can convert various kinds of waste plastics to fuel oil.

Today, on August 8, 2019, one complete set of 12 TPD waste plastic pyrolysis plant was sent to Yunnan, China from DOING factory.

On 17th December 2018, two sets 12T/D waste plastic pyrolysis plants were delivered to Vietnam. Actually, the customer is from Guangxi, China, but He does business in Vietnam for many years and is very familiar with local market.

As we all know that the main component of plastic is synthetic resin which the content is usually 40-100% of the total weight of plastic. And synthetic resin is mainly made of petroleum and natural gas. Now it’s not difficult to understand that plastic contain oil, so if plastic could be decomposed, sure plastic could be made into fuel. Then how to turn plastic back into oil is what we are going to explore here.

Pyrolysis can break larger molecules into smaller molecules in presence of heating. DOING waste plastic pyrolysis plant do take advantage of this theory converting waste tyres into fuel like pyrolysis oil, carbon black ,steel wire and uncondensable gas.
