On January 8, 2019, we completed the delivery of one set 12 ton per day used tyre pyrolysis plant purchased by a customer from Guangxi, China.

This tyre recycling pyrolysis plant could process 1 ton waste plastic or tyre per day. We also manufacture other capacity like 3tpd, 6tpd, 8tpd, 10tpd, 12tpd. And if the clients want some more bigger one like 20tpd, 50tpd, 100tpd, we could also provide the continuous tyre recycling pyrolysis plant.

Facing all types of tyres waste from our life, don’t take it as normal garbage, tyres waste is very good raw materials for tyre pyrolysis plant. On December, one set 1T/D waste tyre to oil plant customized by a customer from Kyrgyzstan was successfully delivered.

On December 10, we received the customer from Guizhou, China.This time, they came to DOING to sign a contract of 4 sets tyre pyrolysis plants for sale and paid the deposit on the spot.

On December 10, we completed the delivery of two sets 10 T/D tyre pyrolysis plants to Liaoning, China. Now the machines have already arrived at the customer’s factory. Congratulations!

Pyrolysis can break larger molecules into smaller molecules in presence of heating. DOING waste plastic pyrolysis plant do take advantage of this theory converting waste tyres into fuel like pyrolysis oil, carbon black ,steel wire and uncondensable gas.

A customers from Palestine ordered 4 sets 12T/D pyrolysis oil plants, equipped with air suction carbon black discharge system. In addition, the customer also bought carbon black grinding machine for carbon black deep processing.

On November 30, 2 sets used tyre pyrolysis plants and one set waste oil to diesel plant were delivered to Bangladesh.
