3 customers from Czech came to visit us after their visit to another supplier for tyre recycling pyrolysis plant.

Everywhere you can see are plastic bags and plastic bottles.However, these two treatment methods are very harmful to the environment. Now there is a clever way to deal with it, that is to use these waste plastic bags and plastic bottles for oil refining, recycling resources.

On December 10, we received the customer from Guizhou, China.This time, they came to DOING to sign a contract of 4 sets tyre pyrolysis plants for sale and paid the deposit on the spot.

On December 10, we completed the delivery of two sets 10 T/D tyre pyrolysis plants to Liaoning, China. Now the machines have already arrived at the customer’s factory. Congratulations!

On December 7, one set waste oil distillation machine, with a processing capacity of 10ton per day, was delivered to Anhui, China.

Pyrolysis can break larger molecules into smaller molecules in presence of heating. DOING waste plastic pyrolysis plant do take advantage of this theory converting waste tyres into fuel like pyrolysis oil, carbon black ,steel wire and uncondensable gas.

A customers from Palestine ordered 4 sets 12T/D pyrolysis oil plants, equipped with air suction carbon black discharge system. In addition, the customer also bought carbon black grinding machine for carbon black deep processing.

On December 2, one set 1T/D waste rubber pyrolysis plant customized by a customer from India was successfully delivered.

On November 30, 2 sets used tyre pyrolysis plants and one set waste oil to diesel plant were delivered to Bangladesh.

On November 27, one set 12T/D waste plastic pyrolysis plant supplied by DOING was successfully delivered to Philippines.

On November 23, we delivered one set pyrolysis oil distillation plant with a capacity of 5 ton per day to Malaysia.

Pyrolysis oil distillation plant is a kind of machienry that can refinery used oil to diesel, the pyrolysis oil distillation plant with simple operation, long service life, low cost and high throughput. Waste oil to diesel plant also can turn tires oil and plastic oil into diesel and gasoline by distillation technology.
